Following a failed rollout, Anne was tasked with leading the RTPB relaunch within a one-month timeline. The project integrated patient-specific coverage and cost-sharing data directly into Epic prescribing workflows, improving affordability and transparency.

Approach

She conducted rapid gap analysis, reconfigured Epic–PBM interfaces, validated Surescripts data routing, and led payer testing. Customized prescribing layouts, created testing scripts, and aligned clinical and leadership communication to ensure confidence and adoption.
